More than just a poolside job

Do work that people can feel.

A coach can change how someone sees the water — and what they believe they can do in it. That makes every clear explanation, well-timed challenge and word of encouragement matter.

01

Build confidence

Help swimmers move from uncertainty to skills they can trust.

02

See real progress

Notice the small improvements that turn into lasting momentum.

03

Lead clearly

Develop communication and leadership through real people and real sessions.

04

Shape the journey

Be part of the moments that keep someone learning, improving and returning to the water.

Who we'd love to hear from

Enthusiasm matters. Experience can grow.

We welcome expressions of interest from people beginning their coaching journey and from experienced instructors or coaches ready to keep developing.

You do not need to arrive knowing everything. We value people who are positive, dependable and genuinely interested in helping swimmers improve.

You might feel at home here if you:

  • Genuinely enjoy swimming and being around the water
  • Communicate well with children, adults and families
  • Bring a reliable, positive attitude
  • Enjoy teaching and helping people improve
  • Are willing to listen, learn and reflect
  • Have coaching or instructor experience — or want to develop further
Any role is subject to the qualifications, safety requirements and checks that apply to the work involved. We'll discuss these clearly if there is a suitable opportunity.
