Programme overview
The programme runs for 10 weeks, with 3 sessions per week, each lasting 45-60 minutes. Every week follows a structured progression:Week 1–2: Adaptation & Breathing, Week 3–4: Balance & Body Position, Week 5: Mid‑Programme Assessment,Week 6–7: Stroke Integration, Week 8–9: Deep‑Water Confidence & Endurance, Week 10: Final Assessment & Progress Report.
This programme gives developing swimmers a calm, structured introduction to confident movement in the water. Sessions are adapted to the swimmer’s current comfort, coordination and goals.
We build skills progressively: first safety and control, then efficient movement, breathing and greater independence. Parents receive a clear explanation of current priorities and the next appropriate step. 12 children in the pool.

From NZ$19.50 per session*per/lesson. Full pack price is $585. Special price for first group. Normal price is $39 per/lesson. Pricing is confirmed after level, group format and session length are agreed.
